Containerized ozone systems for water and air

Use our containerized ozone systems

Containerized ozone systems are transforming how industrial ozone applications are deployed. By combining high-performance ozone generation with fully integrated and mobile infrastructure, our systems provide a practical and scalable response to modern environmental and operational constraints.
Designed for rapid deployment and minimal on-site work, our containerized ozone units are increasingly used across water treatment, industrial processes, and air treatment applications.

How ozone treatment works

Ozone (O₃) is one of the most powerful oxidizing agents available for industrial use.
It is widely applied for oxidation of organic and inorganic contaminants, removal of odors and color, advanced treatment of micropollutants, and process water conditioning.
Unlike traditional chemical oxidants, ozone decomposes naturally into oxygen, leaving no persistent chemical residues.
This makes it particularly suitable for environmentally sensitive applications.

What is a containerized ozone system

Our containerized ozone system is a fully assembled and pre-engineered unit installed inside a standard shipping container, typically 20 ft or 40 ft.
Our systems are delivered ready to operate and include all critical components such as an ozone generator using corona discharge technology, an oxygen supply system using psa or liquid oxygen, gas drying and conditioning units, injection systems such as venturi injectors or diffusers, ozone destruct units for off-gas treatment, automation systems using plc or scada, and safety systems including ozone detectors and ventilation.
The result is a compact and self-contained treatment solution.

Key advantages

Rapid deployment

Our containerized systems are pre-assembled and factory tested, allowing immediate installation with minimal civil engineering work.

Mobility and flexibility

They can be easily transported and relocated, making them ideal for temporary installations, emergency response situations, or pilot projects.

Compact integration

All subsystems are optimized within a limited footprint while maintaining accessibility for maintenance.

Process control and automation

Modern systems integrate real-time monitoring, automated dosing control, and remote supervision with data logging capabilities.

Typical applications

Water treatment

Ozone is used for oxidation of micropollutants, taste and odor control, and color removal.

Industrial effluents

It enables reduction of cod and breakdown of refractory compounds.

Food and beverage industry

It supports process water optimization and oxidation-based cleaning processes.

Chemical and pharmaceutical industries

It is used for selective oxidation reactions and removal of complex molecules.

Air treatment

Ozone is applied for odor control in waste facilities and industrial air purification.

Containerized ozone systems provide a highly efficient, flexible, and scalable solution for modern treatment challenges.
Their plug-and-play design combined with strong oxidation performance makes them a strategic choice for industries seeking reliable and environmentally responsible technologies.
